Hi, I’m Marisa. I was born and raised in Southern California and love that I get to call such a beautiful place my home. I fell in love with photography at a young age while watching my father capture memories on his classic Canon film camera. I live in Long Beach as a full time photographer capturing couples in love, beautiful families, and bits of my everyday life. I’m inspired by soft light, soulful images, quirks, mid-century-modern design, record covers, in between moments, and your love story. It’s no secret that I wear my heart on my sleeve, love music and live shows, red wine, and my little family.
I’ve been married to my sweet Evan for 4 years. I’m lucky enough to work alongside him while capturing weddings and engagement sessions. When we aren’t working, you can find us listening to records, creating new recipes, going on family trips and soaking up every single second with our family. Together we have a sweet little boy named Miles Elliott and two pups that he loves to run outside with.
